The R&M Women Entrepreneurs Program: a unique springboard for jewelry designers

Isabelle Hossenlopp

French jewelry has gained an ambitious new initiative through the Women Entrepreneurs Program, which will support young designers on a training and awareness-raising journey through the heart of the diamond world. Created by Rubel & Ménasché, this program is a strong statement that reinforces the Maison’s core values by promoting a diamond sector that is more open, responsible and inclusive.

Offered to selected participants, the program pursues three main objectives:

  • Supporting the growth of women entrepreneurs whose creative work focuses on natural diamonds
  • Passing on diamantaire expertise, an area in which Rubel & Ménasché excels
  • Strengthening the role of women in the sector, an environment in which they often showcase their talent but rarely lead companies

Initiated by Rubel & Ménasché, the first edition of Women Entrepreneurs will take place in 2026. It is aimed at French jewelry designers who have already been in business for 18–24 months, and who need guidance to grow their companies. Featuring an ultra-hands-on learning approach, the program will offer participants a full immersion in the diamond universe through an experience focused on sharing knowledge and passing on skills, two values central to Rubel & Ménasché’s DNA.

An initial informational webinar will take place at 12 pm on January 7

Discover craftsmanship and meet leading experts

This unique, intensive and diverse program brings together leading professionals and offers participants close-up exposure to diamond materials and techniques. Throughout the program, the selected entrepreneurs will learn all about the expertise at the Maison, which makes excellence a core feature of its daily activities.

Over the course of this multi-month program, participants will thus be able to observe the techniques of diamond cutters, delve into traceability and stone-selection challenges alongside Rubel & Ménasché experts, engage with the Dali Group in Antwerp and its partners in Surat, gain a comprehensive understanding of the diamond’s journey from origin to final destination as it is transformed, and share in the vision and strategy of key players across the diamond sector.

They will also receive guidance and advice on how best to develop their own business.

Fully covered by Rubel & Ménasché and its partners, participation is free for the chosen candidates.
